$3.6 Million District-Wide Performance Contract Energy Conservation Program

  • $300,000 in annual energy savings
  • Identified more than $200,000 in PG&E rebates to help fund the project

Energy-saving measures included:

  • Comprehensive lighting retrofits at all thirteen sites
  • Major HVAC system replacements
  • Installation of new energy management controls at eleven sites
  • Thermal Solar installation for swimming pool at new River City High School/West Sacramento Recreation Center
