Performance Contract Energy Conservation Programs

  • Staff has completed several performance contract energy programs during the past six years

Energy-saving measures included:

  • Comprehensive lighting retrofits at all district sites
  • Major HVAC system replacements
  • Installation of Energy Management Controls throughout District
  

Energy Consulting Services

Qualified Zone Academy Bond (QZAB)

  • Assisted District in acquiring a $3 Million QZAB
Comprehensive energy assessment of all sixteen district sites

  • Assessment included analysis of lighting, controls, heating, air conditioning, computer management, thermal solar, photovoltaic, and miscellaneous energy conservation measures
  • Completed a district-wide rate analysis
  • Identified hundreds of thousands of dollars in annual energy-savings opportunities
  • Developed specifications for upcoming modernization projects
  • Developed energy policy procedures and practices
