Energy-saving measures included:

• Comprehensive lighting retrofits at twenty-two (22) district sites
• Major HVAC system replacements
• Installation of Energy Management Controls throughout District

Energy Consulting Services

Qualified Zone Academy Bond (QZAB)

• Assisted District in acquiring a QZAB totaling more than $2 Million

Financial Services

• Assisted District in securing an additional $2.4 Million in State matching dollars for Modernization

Utility Rebates

• Secured tens of thousands of dollars in utility rebates for district modernization projects
