• Comprehensive lighting retrofits at all forty-seven (47) district sites
• Major HVAC system replacements
• Installation of Energy Management Controls throughout District
• Thermal Solar installation for swimming pool at Greg Rogers Elementary School

Energy Consulting Services

Qualified Zone Academy Bonds (QZAB)

• Assisted District in Acquiring Two (2) Separate Qualified Zone Academy Bonds (QZAB) totally more than $17 Million

RFP Management

• Managed a competitive process to select both natural gas and electric providers

• Saved the district tens of thousands of dollars annually
