• Staff has completed three (3) separate performance contract energy programs at selected schools throughout the District.

Energy-saving measures included:

• Comprehensive lighting retrofits
• Installation of energy management controls throughout district

Energy Consulting Services

Comprehensive Energy Assessment of all Forty-Six (46) District Sites

• Assessment included analysis of lighting, controls, heating, air conditioning, computer management, and miscellaneous energy conservation measures
• Identified more than $500,000 in annual energy-savings opportunities
• Developed specifications for upcoming modernization projects
• Developed energy policy procedures and practices
