• Installation of Computer Management Software district-wide
• Thermal Solar installation for two swimming pools at Mar Vista High School

Comprehensive energy assessment of all district sites

• Assessment included analysis of lighting, controls, heating, air conditioning, computer management, thermal solar, photovoltaic, and miscellaneous energy conservation measures
• Identified more than $1 million in annual energy-savings opportunities
• Developed specifications for upcoming modernization projects
• Developed energy policy procedures and practices

RFP Management

• Managed a competitive process to select both natural gas and electric providers

Rate Analysis

• Saved the district tens of thousands of dollars annually

• Performed monthly analysis of electric and natural gas consumption and expenditures
• Identified anomalies district-wide
• Provided forecasts for future energy costs
